If you are an Nvidia user, go into your Nvidia Control Panel, find NZA.exe and have it run in the HIgh Performance Processor. From there, have all the submenus say "Let Application Decide" or as close to that as you can get.
Also, disable Ambient Occulsion, Anti-Aliasing, and Compute Shading. These all seem to be slightly buggy.
From what I've seen, that helps frame rates a lot.

i changed my setting into this, and it work
just make sure the preffered graphic processor is high-performance nvidia processor
