The Positive App uses tools based on cognitive and behavioural science to measure and monitor your mood states as well as to build your psychological resilience.

Next to a newsfeed displaying constant updates on the field of psychological resilience and wellbeing, the app includes 2 visual metaphor tools (Emotional Barometer and iSee) as well as a library of positive thoughts and memories called the Positive Pinboard. Mindfulness recordings are an additional feature within the Positive App.

Positive Online and Mobile is developed by some of the UK’s leading experts in cognitive and behavioural psychology and the medical science.
